Mayor Visit to Overlander Vehicles
We were delighted to have the Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey Alderman Stephen Ross visit our HQ in Co. Antrim last month. We gave the Mayor a tour of our facilities, showed him the scope of what we produce in-house and chatted about where our sights were set as one of Northern Ireland’s leading specialist vehicle manufacturers.
It was great to have the opportunity to have the Mayor look around our flagship Equine vehicle, the R240 2-stall Horsebox and let him see why so many riders across the UK and Ireland have it as part of their fleet; we pride ourselves in the ability to produce this wonderful vehicle from start to finish under one roof at our HQ. This visit also marked a chance for the Mayor to see the opportunities going forward and how Overlander can collaborate and work with the Council to foster further growth and development.
“I was pleased to welcome the Mayor on-site and show him around our facilities. I appreciate the Council’s support and I look forward to our continued relationship as our business expands.”

The Mayor reflected after his visit;
“It is clear from the outset, that the team at Overlander have a real passion for what they do. They provide a service for the whole of the UK and Ireland from the heart of our Borough which I am very proud of. I look forward to seeing this business grow in the near future.”
